Southwest Iowa Free Technical Training (SWIFTT) provides accelerated training for Iowans interested in a career in technology. *Open to current Iowa residents only. The program is fully funded by the Charles E. Lakin Foundation, and hosted at the fully remodeled Lakin Foundation office. Thanks to generous funding by the Lakin Foundation, participants can register at no cost to themselves.

Taught by instructors from AIM Institute, this class meets every Monday and Wednesday, in-person. Here, participants will:

>> Explore careers in technology

>> Identify educational pathways needed to achieve these careers

>> Learn basic skills in the everyday use of technology

>> Learn the basic concepts of web development.
