About this event

As tech staff gain experience there is often a question on whether they should continue on a tech path or management track in their careers. This program is targeted for those individuals, to help them discern which path best suits them. In addition, the program has been developed to help grow the IT Leadership knowledge and skills beneficial to them and their companies.

This program is connected with the AIM IT Leadership Academy and utilizes the real-world experience of existing IT leaders to help participants gain a better understanding of the issues, challenges and skills needed to advance in their careers.

AIM membership is required to be a member of the Leadership Academy. If your company (or organization) is not a member of AIM, the membership team will follow up with a membership agreement prior to the first session. Participants will not be permitted to begin the program without a current AIM membership. The class is limited to 30 participants to allow for increased engagement with instructors and individual attention.
