The Barrientos Scholarship Foundation has partnered with a key Business Leaders and Professionals who have a vested interest in advancing the success of your present college and future working careers. The program is being offered as a complement our scholarship program and as a way to recognize academic achievement, community service, and your future potential. Learning Outcomes

Each topic covers a skill and provides valuable tools that supports each student. There are 4 topics, offered twice a year.

Life Choices and Purpose
This class is designed to foster purposeful life choices by equipping individuals with essential skills in setting priorities and making informed decisions. Participants will learn to establish clear goals, benefit from mentorship within their network, and effectively manage time while tracking progress.

Through a balanced approach, individuals will learn to connect with mental health professionals for emotional support, explore spiritual practices aligned with personal beliefs, and adopt habits promoting physical health such as proper nutrition and regular exercise.

Financial Success
Participants will gain insights into choosing employment wisely, considering both company culture and contractual agreements. The curriculum also covers practical strategies for managing money effectively, teaching essential skills for earning, budgeting, and saving wisely.

Social Skills
Students will learn effective networking strategies, enhancing their ability to build meaningful connections in both personal and business spheres. Communication skills, dining etiquette, and community engagement is covered to ensure individuals are well-prepared for professional settings.
