Wildlife Conservation Science Academy Summer 2024

Summer Programming:

During summer 2024, Nebraska Wildlife Rehab is offering a new streamlined course of three, 5-day camps. To apply, fill out a student interest form, and have a teacher, mentor or counselor fill out a referral form, and select 'Summer 2024 Cohort'. Please apply by May 17th, 2024 on our website.

Omaha Metro June 10-14

Students will spend 5 days learning form local professionals and scientists in topics such as forensic entomology, wildlife medicine, bat field research and more.

Cedar Point Biological Station w/ UNL- June 24th-28th

At Cedar Point, we will work with station professors and grad students to practice field techniques and research methods.

Sandhills Conservation & Agriculture- July 15th-19th

In this final week, students will spend 5 days learning about conservation-based agricultural practices on working ranches and explore the sandhills ecosystem.
